i just bought the filemates service about an hour ago but when i tried to create any download link, all i got was something like this:

honestly it is a very discouraging experience having to spend an hour to re-try and re-try and eventually found this place to ask for help BEFORE i got to download anything. please let me know when this problem will be solved. i bought a 30 days service and i certainly don't hope that i waste days downloading nothing.

finally was able to download files today... only to find out that those are all fake files.

incredible...

should i report this to filemates admin?

in fact this site has been around for months, and i find it hard to believe that no one had ever reported this site. if someone did report and the filemates admin did nothing to punish the uploader, i am sure i won't ever use filemates service again. no one wants to be fooled.

it is very strange you downloaded from that site as its uploader has been banned and files deleted...

he should have opened new account and uploaded again. he will be banned again and lose his money as before ;)
 
well, for example this file was uploaded TODAY, and it can still be downloaded as of this moment, so i don't know what you mean by banning and deleting his files. please explain:


i kind of guess that the below site is run by the same jerk...

the thing is that this site has been around for over a year, and he uses filemates to cheat people. of course i hope he does not get any money, but either way i lost my money without getting the files that i intended to get.

by the way, since i have bought the service, is there any easier way for me to find other sites that share stuffs with filemates?

thank you for the information. user banned and files deleted.

i will tell you something. most of the chargebacks we have come from fake files or damaged. Believe me there is no reason we keep such uploaders.

As soon as a report comes and states things well, users get banned. No worries. No such user is welcome ;)

as far as I know real-debrid accounts have been already blocked for few months from now, don't worry.
 
speed issue

As a filemates.com premium user I have noticed speed issue lately.
I don't have super fast connection but while using uploaded.to my download speed is around 3 MB/s, filemates download speed is about 300 kiB/s. It's not that fast that it used to be unfortunately.

BTW. Happy New Year everybody :)
 
Guys, about the payment of today, it should be executed by this afternoon i suppose. Just waiting for the funds sent on 24th of December at alertpay and skrill to arrive and get credited to the accounts...

thanks for you beautifull 2012 and all the support in the difficult days and hope 2013 gets all remaining problems solved ;)
