I already warned the people that DF new policy is to outright ban uploaders wh upload american stuff !! its obvious now and if you are a US movie or porn uploader you should not bother with them as they are very likely (99%) will ban you when you request payment.

DF cheating stats does not allow uploader to get to 1000 dls that easily otherwie i would had already broken 2000 dl/day and earn 20$ a day but thats not possible with such stats shaving.

I also feel being shaved off DL counts, but that's it for DF for years. At least I'm assured that they are not deleting my files. It would be a big bother for me re-uploading and re-posting all my files on using other hosts which is like a time bomb, never know when will they blast off.

DL counts on file manager is the actual number of downloads, but only unique DL for 1 IP is counted for earnings every 24 hours.

That rule alone is like a loophole, they could have been shaving even unique DL counts, and they will say that only 1 IP per day count on earnings. Of course there's no way to catch them(DeposiitFiles) red-handed but for ones that have high traffic for their files, they surely will feel the shaving of DL counts.

Or so I though, not sure about that since I only have low traffic from my audience.

Yes, those with high traffic/downloads can more easily notice any variation in DLs, them or also those that knows very well how much downloads a certain file or group files should get, also those used to constant earnings/day, in those cases its very easy to notice variations.

I dont doubt DF and ALL other host shave downloads thou, Im almost sure actually that all cheat, still like I said several pages back, from experience DF counts more downloads, at least more than Turbobit, upoladed, bitshare, to name some of the must used ones at the moment.

I expected worst with the only unique downloads/1 DL/IP/24hours, surprisingly, it was not THAT bad, same for turbobit, but again, it depends, where you post, your users/traffic.

Compared to loved FSC/WUPLOAD...well, thats like a golden era, defunct now. No comparison of course.

Honestly, not many dared try DF when we had the big boys around, but now that circumstances forces you, I would go as far as saying DF could have given better results for DLs than the likes of Fileserve/Uploadstation, FS/US download shaves were BAAAD seriously, but since everyone was using them, heck uploaded.to with its former rates would have been an awesome mirror for FSC, but since no one used current options back then...of course, all this depends on the user/traffic/target etc, I am not saying this would apply to all.

I guess the problem is the high server overload. The users can't download the files, because connection interrupted many times. The unfinished downloads aren't counted even in the File List.

Yes, they could, but they're unique in terms of they doesn't count the downloads without referer. So you can see in the unique list the downloads for which you get money and in the File List the all downloads (included without referrer) except the unfinished downloads. They're just reset the file deletion time (i guess), but doesn't counted.

BTW what if they're count an unfinished download and after some hours (within 24 hours) a finished download from the same IP? That's the problem.

Last time depositfiles paid me when i reached the $10 sum. But now that i reached that sum again i'm not able to payout because they are saying that i've got to be an active webmaster...i dont own any websites so how can i be an active webmaster? Please someone help me out to get my $10 dollars payout like i did last time...

PS: it tooks to me 2-3 month to reach that sum and now they put this freaking rule that aint there when i was paid the first time...:S

u need to earn them fast then only u r active webmaster else after collecting 40$ only u can ask for payout . Sorry to say but getting 10$ in 2 month is too slow and tats the reason u r not active according to them .
