We have 2 Dedicated servers with us now that were hired by our clients and which are not being renewed by them anymore.
These are small dedicated servers and are hard to catch , so we are posting it here, in case anyone needs them.

they don't give support
server went down alot
every time it went down they send you a message that it's back online and always always you have to open a ticket cause it never did connect with credentials they sent, NEVER.
they simply solve problems by saying we don't know the problem we will let you know when we figure it out, off course they never do.
when they reply after looong hours waiting, their reason is that it's night at their time zone
now server is down and cant connect
anyway if you wanna waste money, subscribe to cyber-planet the worst service ever, you made 16$ from me but lost that 16$ for 12 month to another service.

Can you tell me which server is down now? As all the server are running fine and I don't see a ticket regarding this (from you or anyone else).
While I agree that some servers were down during the last week, it was caused by some users. Those server were blocked by DC due to hacking activities, and we had to wait for them to unblock it, take backup, reinstall windows, install all the other softwares before giving it to you.
And, most of the time login errors are caused by the users itself.
Finally, can you give me your username? So that I can check which problem we haven't resolved yet.
