I had very hight hopes about coin rdp, but all went in vain. I thought of not writing this review, but they are making me to right it and I can't do anyting about it.

I was happy initially for the first month. But in the second month. Things became very very bad. I informed them about the slowness and I coudn't seed properly in a 10gbps server. I paid for 10GBPS to maintain my raion in a private tracker. The ratio was becoming very less every day. The hard disk was pretty slow. I raised severla tickets anbd they said everything was alrgitht. Two days back I sent the email about the same they told me send the screen shot , I sent the screenshot and there is no reply from them from 24 hrs

There skype support is the worst. Status is Away most of the time.

Not recomended. They still need to imporove there server and support as well. Looking for a new RDP now

Hello, sorry for this. I was not well from past few days and hence the delay in responding to ticket / Skype. I've made some further changes, do check the performance and let me know via ticket.

Note that this is not a server performance issue - could be an issue with the version of qBitTorrent post updating to new version. Anyway, we will figure it out over ticket.

Hi, two of our servers are rebooting constantly (once every 24 hours) and we are checking this issue. Apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
 
long support more than 24 hours to respond even if there is great problem

Hi, the 10G server had crashed causing lot of trouble and delay. Everything is now sorted out, please check from your end and let us know if there is any further support required.

Hello, please use the ticketing system to send such details. WJunction is not meant to act as support system. I just now logged into WJ, hence your order is processed now. If you had used the ticket system your order would have processed long back!

whoa. been using this RDP for about a week now, and my payment details in my affiliate host has been changed, twice within this week! is this coincidence or what? it seems someone is checking details in browser or within the RDP. never had that problem in years from other providers. is my RDP plan shared or what? please check

Hello, could you write a ticket with details? Such incidents are to be first reported via Ticket rather than posting here! I don't even know your username / account ID on client area, how do you expect us to take an action?

Regarding we checking customer accounts / spying on you - that's impossible! We are running RDP business from 2013 (first DediRDP and now CoinRDP), not a single such complaint has been made against us. We would never ever spy on customer data, it must be your account security which is weak - change passwords on all your accounts immediately. Be it any account, whether used on RDP or not, change the passwords and enable 2 Factor Authentication wherever available.
