server is restarting very frequently...was there some kind of update from your side...coz my work keeps getting cancelled every time server restarts...
The servers will not be rebooted now, all client admin access is gone now.
We are making it working now in all and soon a scheduled reboot time will be posted onsite.

@DBM: try encoding using file indexer if u r encoding with megui..it is working as of now...
Try changing the apps, hope that works for you guys.

Can you guys please start giving us a few hours in advance before rebooting the server? you do know when you're encoding and it turns off you have to start over? you realize how frustrating that shit is?
A 5 minute heads up isnt good enough, there needs to be a email sent out HOURS in advance letting us know.
