how many days is the server up? if it's over 2-3 days i guess it's 14-15 users. The Drives don't say anything. Some admins just keep the drive there, if the clients want to come back.
But, i'm sure that the screenshots you're providing is not from awesomeRDP :)

10 Gbps server is at France.
Filesonic awesome in Netherlands servers, both via ftp and zoom.
Fileserve , Fiejungle gives 50 mbps + if you upload them via zoom uploader both in NL and in FR. So speed wise there is no issue with EU locations.

France vs Netherlands RDP??

i have tried Netherlands 100 and 200. (and today was last day for me NL RDP) so going to rebuy RDP, this time want to give a try on France RDP so i want to know if you have France RDP with them.. let me know how is it... and post SS of uploading and downloading if you can.
