Public torrent trackers not allowed , only private , and 5-6 at a time torrent down, so that the HDD runs fine.

yes slow today, yesterday was 30 mb-40 mbyte/sec today 10-12 mbyte/sec at max speed
but I2m not in a hurry. By the way can I switch 10 gb server . Can we talk it. I mean
can you switch or Do I have to cancel rebill and resign up for new 10gb server.
