Alibaba Has ASKED Atleast 4X's on here if you have a status issue that you sent a support ticket to, do not REPLY HERE, reply to the ticket or email them.. Your people need to follow directions, im surprised they still host some of you ..

We just unsuspended it because if you dont like our hosting and if you find it bad than why you are hosting with us.We also unsuspended your account. So move your site to other host .
 
Okay so After all the sorting out with AliBaba i have to say, They are true to there Words. 100% Uptime, Great Speeds,and Amazing Support. I have spoke to them via email many times and response time was in about 30mins. They DO NOT Oversell, As there servers have GREAT Speeds. If your just starting out with your website or you need to expand i suggest AliBabaHost.com for all your Hosting needs!

AND I TAKE BACK ANYTHING BAD I EVER SAID About ALIBABA!
 
I concur..we just had a db catastrophe and alibaba fixed us up quickly..we've been with them about 6 months and Id recommend them anytime to anyone..In a net full of shit hosts, alibaba ranks among the best imo
 
I have been with alibabahost for about 4 months now, and have only good things to say.

Their was one "hack" indecent in the past, but they helped me through it to get my site back to the way it was before. Great service for the price!
 
WOW This is BY FAR The Best Seedbox Host i have EVER used i just downloaded 1gb in under 5mins! Speeds are BLAZING Fast, im shocked that they have not sold these till now! I use Torrents EVERY day to get my files as i do not like RS,etc.. Im stuck on Alibaba hosting they are the Greatest and Fastest.. I had a support issue with my seedbox , i got a responce within 20mins, what more can you ask? Great Support Great Speeds, A++ Service, I suggest you try one while there is space!!

No problem , i think your the best hosting company around right now for what we need on wjunction. your support is quite good,speeds unspeakable, Im hosting my site on there servers guys,along with a few others :) and there is 0 downtime,and no loading issues.. Please try Alibabahost.. You will not be disappointed,they even offer a Refund so try em out for a day atleast!!
 
Got the acc but have Some problems and waiting for the support to reply on my ticket

want to have permissions to move / Rename Files *775 not 755 CHMOD :S*
 
I bought a basic seedbox today morning, and after more than 5 email + support tickets, the admin hasn't given me my log in detail for the seedbox.
All i can access is the billing page and invoice. i ask the support person many times and still no reply.
They assure 24/7 support, is it true ??? Received money and run away

We have different support team who handle seedbox & rapidleech and setup of them takes time as we have to process many order in a day and we have sended you the details.
 
Funny, i ordered almost 3 days ago
got this reply about 36 hours ago

You will get your account in few hours as their is very long queue for it.But we will try to make it as fast as possible.




and still nothing, my ticket was just closed after over 30 hours without a reply from my reply on that ticket.
