Mediafire/HF/RS is pretty damn fast at removing files. IMO the best host that stays the longest (and decent speed for free users) would be MU and DL MU is pretty good for keeping files as well (when noone DLs) They are usually deleted last. But their affiliate program blows.

I think paying 10 bucks for a alexa rating of 6.7 million, 12 backlinks. There is really no potential for good ranking with 'wiz' in its name, but it can be brandable. Of course this domain was only created on May of this year so I see NO benefit what so ever of paying for a domain like this...

Its not about the law, its about how they will try to regulate everything through a "blacklist" of IP's/Domain names. They will have 2 lists. 1 is a blacklist, second is "optional" list. The optional list will probably be blacklisted by major isps/corps, even through it will be optional...
