Why sale was not counted on my account?

today, about ten hours ago, my friend bought premium account throught one of my link (pay for one month of premium and by VISA) but sale was not counted on my account.

Anyone still having problems downloading? I have a good many links loaded in jDownloader, but they will never start. jDownloader is the only way I can download uploaded links recently because I can never load the uploaded website. It's looking like I'm out of luck.

I am waiting a similar answer to my pm, my friend bought a premium for three months by visa and this sale was not counted, we have no way of knowing if someone buys with our link, we have no way of claiming
 
they have startd cheating like rg . they r making their way to downfall like rg ... though rg is more popular then ul and so they r making this a disaster for themselves only . seriously they were much better host till 3-4 months back though they might be shaving then too but now they r doing it too much . hope they improve on it and make dominance over rg and kill it . being honest will still get u more money . take example of fso .
 
Uploaded now only good for EU and USA . East asian countries apparently cant buy premium from them and all of them have had to depend on UL reseller in their own country which mean no sales for the uploader. 1 month passed an there is still no sign of them fixing this.
