I think this may be because your IP address is the VPN or server IP address.

because it says 40$ on their website.

lulustream.com: offers $35 for Tier 1 (legal adult allowed). Views are counted upte 4 with 24 hours per user/ip.

I will advised you to sign up to all video hosts and check them out one by one. Then make your own choice.

abstream rates vary with video duration as well. Thats a big bummer for me as my uploads are usually small clips.
