I ordered it a week ago and had couple of issues with payment options, but, their support helped in every way and provided me with a payment option that I was satisfied with. I got my RDP activated within 30-40 mins.
RDP Specs

Connection Speed
When I logged into the RDP, what I first checked was speed. And this was a full 1GBps connection.
The network usage of the server was 20-30% regularly. Sometimes touched 90-95% for few mins. But was stable for most of the time.
CPU Power
I encode HD content with heavy settings/scripts. I get 25-30fps speed which is awesome as per the content.
It is a 8 core CPU with 32GB RAM, which I believe is enough for regular encoder needs.
Other Users
Sensible users, no resource abusing whatsoever. Even if the resources are being used at 80-90%, you'll see that it will be back to normal in few hours. This proves that they have a lot of sensible customers. BTW I've checked two servers and both had same kind of users.
Support
Their support is outstanding via Skype.
Price
I've not seen any legit provider providing RDPs at such affordable cost for premium quality server.
Bad
The only thing that I didn't expect was a sudden hard reboot. It was only for once and I was informed later that it was needed because of some reasons.
Final Verdict
I've worked with many RDP providers in past but this is one of the best.
Strongly recommended for any kind of RDP usage. Go for it guys!
