I do understand the desire of keeping problems to ourself so it wont be bad advertising. All the service providers wants that we come here and say all the good things, and when there is a problem lets solve it to behind the doors. If you are selling service here, openly, you should be able to discuss problems here openly as well. I always warn providers before I buy, ask them give me the trial on the server I am going to buy, and I will update further details also about the service even after buy. So yes, I will PM you, open a ticket etc. But I will also report problems here as well, so users can decide which way to go.

Like yesterday, you solved my problems qucikly. That is very good of you. Problems can always occure, your speed of solving them or at least noticing them remarkable amoung the others. Thank you and congrats for that.

But also, yes problems can always occure, but when they start just after a week later of purchase, in my 5 years on and off server using experience, always the heads up of something being wrong.

Anyway. Recent problem. My current unrar speed is 17 minutes for 4 gb file with 20 rar.

First, I see from converstation, he just warn you about ram usage...and you were immidiately like "cancel it". So he did per your request. If you had ask for time for back up, he would of give it too.

Ram usage is common sense. You should know you are not using a VPS or Dedi.

He explained to you his financial stiuation. But surely that is not good news, probably he just enter the business without any solid money on his pocket, so he will not be able to renew his deal with servers. So in long term we might not be able to continue using the service (actually because of some issue, I had been already decided not to go next month)

Despide all, I trust he is honest person. If he says he will pay you back, then he will. Even when you are shopping from the big corporotes, there is no way they return your money in minutes. So wait patiently betwen 24-48 hours. If he does not, then lets all call him cheater. Right now all I see you doing wrong, not him...

regarding webmoney I have also faced the same issue sometimes the sms does not arrive but what I can assure you is this guy is honest and will never cheat
just wait for a day or two and u will get ur money

To all,
Yes i was low on funds as our funds got transferred into our current bank account on 10th of this month and that's the reason i was low on funds yesterday.

And secondly i removed this user just because he was affecting others also and some of the users complained about it too.

I was getting revenue from him but decided to remove him so that i can provide better services to others.


I have refunded him the money just now and will make sure that such cases doesn't arise in future.


Note: WebPundits is a registered partnership firm and we have serious long term plans in this business.

i see from all dispute that you are doing wrong brother...he is a honest person..i am sure you get your money by time...sometimes its difficult to proceess a transection......regarding webmoney i got also same problem many times...
keep in mind you are not using DEDI..you was killing RAM that is problem for others...he is a honest person all time and if you want to backup yor data he will give you time for this also
if you use paypal u must know verfication of credit card takes upto 14-48 hours....
please stay calm .....

Yeah, if he was on 168 it would explain the extreme slowness of the HDD I experienced lately. It was totally unbearable. CPU usage was low though, but HDD was just down to a crawl.

I also occasionally do not get that SMS confirmation on webmoney.

Showing everybody that log just actually shows how cool this host really is.
