Hello WJ, I want to start a Warez linking site. Initially I am thinking of shared hosting and if my site grow, then I will go for VPS. I need some suggestions and tips that I must consider before getting a hosting.

Also, I want someone to push a domain to my Namecheap account from his account. I will pay him by alertpay along with his commission.
Is there any person that can convert DLE template to WP theme as is?
