VPS VPS9 Ecatel VPS (NL) Host everything*!

its a 1gbit pool for the node and each vps has a dedicated 100mb line

and once its updated will be a 10gbit pool and 1gbit direct line

Not exactly right, but right now. You are getting premium guaranteed bandwidth on 100mb/s, which gives 8-10mb/s and as soon as the line is upgrade it will be 10 x faster.

We received the following complaint and we have stopped your server (go to your vps panel, start it, and please delete the files) - you have to delete all the files in regards to this report or else we will be forced to suspend you.

We will check the files again within several hours and we will suspend you if they still exist.

It has come to our attention that a website your Company hosts ("Site") contains links to material that infringes WHMCS copyright in the software. This correspondence is a formal takedown notice being sent to you pursuant to Sections 512(c)(3) and 512(d)(3) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 512(c) (3) and 512(d)(3)

We do not care about legal notices in NL, not in germany. This thread specificly states its for NL. Oh well, people should atleast read before posting :)

Plus the server was just stopped, you could of just started it and deleted the infringing content.

I am sick and tired of Germany null routing IPs, thus this method works best, for germany.

I don't want to delete the infriged content. I like it where it is now...the whole reason why I bought in NL and not USA or somthing...

You must have bought the wrong plan. As that vpsoffer1 is only on our germany nodes, and it isnt advertised on our site, just as a special offer on our whmcs.

I like the VPS where it is now, but you can only push me to a certain level before I will break. It is more then 24 hours and I will be forced to suspend you - really - I am ready to help with anything as most clients know, but if you dont want to comply with our rules, then please tell me.

I will recheck the site in a few hours.

VPS9 is the best host i've ever had. He does clearly state that All content is allowed only on the NL servers. He even told me this before i made my purchase. The servers are really speedy and he has given me full support to make sure i am a happy customer. To make me a happier customer they are upgrading the Netherland servers to a 1gbps line. This is very convenient for me as i like fast speeds on my server. He has truly allowed me to host anything from warez to games and ive had no complaints.

This is truly the best vps ive ever bought and is definitely worth the money i have paid.

Highly Recommended host.

Damn man people would say anything to dis-credit nice helpful ppl like Ryan.

I am on VPS9 German Node and there is no problem till now and when ever I need some help Ryan is there to help.

The biggest thing is even though its a unmanaged VPS I feel like its completely managed..

10/10 for VPS9
 
Don't you think you should include some where that you don't ignore DMCA notices on Germany plans?
And also I suggest you fix your WHMCS problem or you might lose some new customers :)
