I decided to give them a chance. Nowhere did I dispute the refund. I've told them no, I'd rather wait because of the recommendations. However, the people have a right to know about the delay.

The fact is, if you offer something, you should deliver. Regardless of any outside interferences, it's your word that's on the line. I'm simply doing a service to the community because things weren't as they were advertised.

Typing in ALL CAPS won't get your point across any better, you know.

Is it common that you do not get responses from your data center in a timely manner? So far, that appears to be the case.
 
You seem to be a very new member. Well, let me give you an advice:

Whenever you buy something on WJ, consider your money as gone. If you get (sometimes) something satisfactory back for it, that's an advantage.
 
I have been. This forum is used for reviews, and that's what I used it for. People need to know other customers' experiences before purchasing.

I'm well experienced in this scene, I just never post on WJunction. Money is not the issue. Time is my issue. That's a rather bleak outlook on the services provided here, at WJunction, though.

This is not always the case, i offered the person a refund, and he is more then eligible to get it.

Just our main site and billing is hosted there - just incase of downtime

@buddah - you will get the server in 1 hour from now, if not i will refund you + give you 30$

They requested that we send them additional information about the way we config our IPs etc.

VPS's on that node are now only by request. Many people abuse the server. Thus, only when a client leaves the node - we will allow another client on.

they will setup a new node soon.

Thats correct, we have ordered 2 nodes, 1 in germany and 1 in USA, germany is supposed to be delivered tomorrow.

I am a bit new to VPS's . Can u tell me what kind of speeds can i expect if i host a RL + TF script on this ? PM me please. I am looking to buy in a few days when my current hosting expires.

They are on premium bandwidth not some unmetered pool, most clients are getting any where between 8-10mb/s upto my knowledge mate.

The coon i can vouch for speed i get 8-12MBps on torrents constant without problems
and rl is 8-10 as well from rapidshare

from my understanding
its a 1gbit pool for the node and each vps has a dedicated 100mb line

and once its updated will be a 10gbit pool and 1gbit direct line
