I decided to give them a chance. Nowhere did I dispute the refund. I've told them no, I'd rather wait because of the recommendations. However, the people have a right to know about the delay.
If you're going to sit there and whine at a person with a legitimate complaint, by all means, do so. If you're going to do just that:

The fact is, if you offer something, you should deliver. Regardless of any outside interferences, it's your word that's on the line. I'm simply doing a service to the community because things weren't as they were advertised.
