great service especially the support guy Chris Parr. he always handle my vps every time there is a problem. most of the time their support is online so i can easily chat with them.

Are you paying extra for managed service?

I seem to recall a page or 2 back it was stated you were asking for managed service on a unmanaged account and that they would help you on a best effort basis.

Do not continue to spam the thread if this is the case as you do not have a legitimate complaint.

third one from the date i shift to turkey and am facing this problem very high ram used and very load
the problem i have 1 site only in my vps and the same site was in romania server no load no high ram no no no but only downtime was there so you told me we have problem with node so we can shift to turkey server and now am in turkey server ok no downtime but my site cant open only after 2-3 mins load and high ram even i upgrade the ram so i have now 3 gb ram and still same problem ?
dont till me coz of your site noway coz its the same site and same data your staff chris shift it from romania to turkey

note : chris told me you have to instal litespeed and will cost 12$ per month and i told him ok go ahead then still upto now
he didnt installed ( ticket #656943)

According to what you just posted they are working on it and asked you to be patient, this was about 2 days ago.

In your earlier post you tried to say that you are not being helped and implied that you have been waiting for a response since Aug 2, this is not the case as you had contact with them on Monday and today is Wednesday.
 
@jolly - I have looked in to your ticket and can assure you that the work you are requesting will be done.

here i am sharing my experience with vps6.net services

yesterday i have purchased a vps and paid via debit card .. payment was made instantly and i got the vps as soon as payment was made,

after 2 or 3 hrs i issued a support ticket to install webmin as all perl modules are not installed on that vps, after few minutes they issued a ticket from their billing department and asking my debit card's both side photocopy and my photo identity proof. I clearly told them i will not give any my personal details and terminate my vps account and refund me, but they still asking my details, now guys tell me what should i do.. and they did not installed webmin on that vps and flagged it to in progress from yesterday.

I have been more then fair with you and told you to not spam this thread. You chose not to follow my instruction, if you continue to spam here you will find yourself on the receiving end of a ban.

They have answered your support requests the keyword in your attempt to be correct is action not resolution, a action can be something as simple as an automated reply, a resolution is actually resolving the issue.

@sensen you already provided them with the numbers needed to bill the card, they were asking for proof you were in fact the card holder rather then there be the possibility of fraud. After providing them with payment information not providing the images of the card as proof is a red flag for any vendor and will usually stop the sale from being completed.

okay i have shown them that transaction details from my bank statement and if still not satisfied then terminate my account and give me refund.

Our policy is to request verification for all credit/debit card orders. This policy helps us maintain low rates of chargebacks, which in turn keeps us in business and supports the integrity of our industry. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.

yes i got the answer that webmin has been installed but from yesterday vps has gone offline several times and it is still offline.

Okay now i opening a ticket for cancel my order
 
jolly, yes it seems Turkey is down.

Try contacting VPS6 via their support methods... Instead of posting here every moment there is any issue.
