thank you for your opinions. I will register sharefactory right away.

is namecheap a good warez site registrar? it is located in usa, so if there is any problem with my site(warez links) wouldn't they go after my domain registrar, because without my domain. They could take my hosting away but then i can just move to another host. If they were to take away my domain, im screwed. Im back to square one and ill have to start warez network from zero.

The warez linking stuff don't have any thing to do with domain registrar. They will only cancel your registration if you are involved in a fraud.
