Can you check why it only uploads 2 out of 3 subtitles?


Only loads the second and third tracks, it doesn't load the subtitles marked as default

With ZOOM or via form direct upload?

Does this occur randomly, or is it always certain files?

There was already another user who reported something like this, but we have not yet been able to reproduce it ourselves. Unfortunately, this is necessary so that we can fix it. It always works for us, but there seems to be a problem somewhere, otherwise there wouldn't be these 1-3 reports.

We currently only save 1 language version per language per video, not several. Your original video has ita, eng, ita, ita, eng, eng as subtitle languages (according to ffprobe), of which we only save 1x ita and 1x eng subtitle. I mean it should then be the last or the first version of the language that is then selected. Until now, there have never been any requests to save multiple language versions per language.

Is there no way to decide which subtitles to upload? usually there are always 2 for your language
