I made a withdrawal in USDT TRC20 on 2024-09-24 because it indicated that the waiting time would be up to 24 hours.
However, it has now been almost four days, and the payment still has not been processed. Could you please check this?

Withdrawals are largely carried out automatically, but there are a few checks before each withdrawal for safety reasons. If one of these fails, the payout is no longer carried out automatically but waits until it has been confirmed/checked manually.
We usually do this once a week, which is why the specified times are no longer active or some users are paid out immediately, while others take 5-8 days.
A check fails during your payout, so unfortunately you always have to wait. The payout should be completed within the next 24 hours, we usually check it at the beginning of each week.
 
@VOE can u answer about the paymanet? I'm trying to get Premium Plus, but i cannot pay witth the methods that are avaible. Is there a way to send direct money to my account with card and then to use that as method to buy the premium? I don't have bitcoins, or septa or money in my account. I have revolut , but there are filelds for Name, Country, Email and Iban. Not what are given to add from trying your bank method. No order field and etc.

Unfortunately, I can't help you with that, we cannot give any instructions here on how revolut itself works. We currently only have the limited payment methods for the plus plan. Revolut supports sepa as far as i know, it is a normal sepa bank transfer. On the page with the SEPA Bank Transfer details you will find the data, like name, iban, country details from the iban, total amount, payment info/transaction reference.

This is currently correct.

Summary: The old player Plyr.js that we used does not support this type of URL subtitles. The actual successor Vidstack, which has been activated for months and supports all this, runs too unstable after months of testing and causes too many problems with old devices/browsers (e.g. Safari 14). So we deactivated it a week ago for all but a few accounts (can otherwise be requested by creating a support ticket). We are currently developing a successor for both 2 predecessors that will support everything. It's all a bit annoying.

Apparently your automatic mail system doesn't work.
I requested a payout but didn't receive the confirmation mail.
Then I tried to temporarily change my email, but also didn't receive the confirmation emails.
To two different mail providers.
 
Something else. I've notice that you don't support .ass format subtitles which are popular among anime videos. Is there a way to change that, so we can upload/autoload those subtitles from the files?

Sorry, I can confirm that the mail process had somehow hung up. We have made some adjustments, the mails should be arriving again in a few minutes.

That could be possible. Do you mean .ass upload (i.e. via tagemanager/api) or directly included via the files?

I'm referring to videos that include soft subtitles in the .ass format, making sure they are detected and visible in the videos. Currently, I can upload .ass subtitles, and when I start the video, it indicates that subtitles are available, but the text doesn't display. This might be due to the format issue. It seems subtitles need to be in .srt format for proper visibility, correct?

There is an option to force the display of subtitles which i belive works for .srt format, but we need allowing .ass format subtitles—whether embedded in the video file or added separately—to work correctly and be visible to viewers. Additionally, I'm unsure if only country tags like "bul," "eng," "rus," etc., are automatically detected, but the system should also recognize default subtitles set, despite the name, as many users don't tag the subtitles they upload.

Also, as I mentioned, I've placed an order for Premium Plus and am awaiting instructions on when and how I will receive my activation code.

We'll follow the topic in the ticket you created, we've already replied to it. We have already fixed a bug with subtitles where the language was specified but the title attribute was missing, causing them to be ignored.

You have set a domain block/lock in your account settings. If you activate Premium Traffic, this will become active so that access is only possible with the referrer of your website. That's why you see this message with direct access. (Settings -> Player -> Allowed embed domains)

Should be gone in the next few hours. This usually occurs when there are temporarily too many encodings and no suitable encoding server with enough storage space has been found after the upload.

We are currently cleaning the encoding servers of old temporary files, missing encoding jobs are created automatically.
