Hi. In my settings I have marked thumbnail grid size as 1x1 and when you go to video player it does show 1x1 grid size but if I export thumbnails then they are still multi grid (5x5 etc), is there any way to export 1x1 grid thumbnails or whatever you mark in setting instead of automatically 5x5?

Okay nevermind, I just realized I can just replace number in thumbnail link and achieve the results I wish myself.

Right, I can see it. There was one static standard for everyone. We have just published an update on this. It should work with the next update of the session data. In general, we always save all image formats so that we don't have to regenerate anything.

I can't say anything in general terms, we currently have 2 servers (<1%) that are in maintenance mode, and we change the nvmes on around 90 encoding servers. Some of them may be deactivated until they are in the process.

The 2 switched off ones are currently being moved in the background and should be reactivated in 24-48 hours. The deactivated part of the encoding server is being processed bit by bit. You can create a ticket with the links, then we'll see where they are.
