That was supposed to be a joke, hence the smiley, lol... Obviously you can't block all proxy sites, but you can block ip ranges of the famous ones that are being used by spammers who can't afford fresh elite socks5 or VPN / remote desktop..

I have a forum, many spam from vietnamse, but also have many spam from other coutry (rus, us, haland). Vietnamse have some spammer, but not all

I've been banning spammers on my board. Average is two per day.
I've also enforced a Post Per Day limit of 5 to new members (Leechers).
This should make harder for them to spam.

I will only ban IP range as last resort.

Potential flaming/racism thread right there. Potential drama, too. Might as well let everything calm down. Do what you have to do to ban spammers/scammers from your site/forum. Just don't force your suggestions on everyone
