Download volume for free user did change though.. 1GB in 8 days. (i reached max limit after trying to download 1 file @1.3GB)
What about that of anonymous user? I tried numerous files download , one after another, and so far not getting download limit yet.

So, for download limit:
Download Volume Limits
Anonymus - Unlimited?? | Max. 2GB
Free users - 1 GB in 8 days?? | Max. 2GB?? or 3GB??
Premium Users - Unlimited/Unlimited

Upload for Anonymous has been disabled due to too much spam.
