i think you did not follow their tos, i have already cashed out over 250$ and I am very happy with them, except their support system, I like everything in videobb.
 
i sent a message to the videobb support about my problem and this their replay:

Have you change your payout detail recently? If yes, may we know why? Also, for security purpose, kindly provide Transaction ID when you upgraded your account.

i upgraded my account from here by VBBDave...how i will give them the Transaction ID now???

haha, that is why i said i dont like the support, just tell them that it was upgraded by vbdave @ wj. you will get your money, dont worry. even i faced similar problem when i changed payment email id.
 
Money: Check your username on the host you're transferring from. I've tried and it works.
