The videos have been in a queue for over an hour. I just uploaded new ones now and they're having the same problem

Please assign users with high view counts to access the fastest servers for uploading and encoding videos. I've used several hosting providers before and they did this for me. Sometimes users from the US and Europe were given access to the best servers and they uploaded tons of files and only made a few dozen cents a day.
