Very cheap/free hosting for small site with MySQL

Site info:

Age: 1 month
Average # visitors/day: 80, peaked at 100
Average page generation time (where the mysql stuff is done): 0,1 sec

It is currently hosted for free at heliohost. Great hosting except for one thing: I think they only allow 1 simultaneous connection to the mysql db. So I am getting quite some "Too many connections" errors.

If anyone knows another good free hosting site, or very cheap (max 1,5 euro), that allows at least like 5-10 simultanious connections, please tip me

They do offer some good features, though I checked their forum and besides that they have very strict activity requirements (1 log in to account panel/month) there's also a lot of users having problems it seems :/
