hi,
Im the new owner of venusfile.com, and we're offering affiliates up to $30 per 1000 downloads and 10% of all referals. Payouts are every Monday. Those that have been scammed by the previous owners are being paid out by me, and if you are one of those people reply in this thread and I will take care of you. For proof of new ownership Google "flippa venusfile.com" and you can see the site recently sold.

Overview:
Max upload size = 2000MB for Registered users OR 10000MB for Premium users
$30 per 1000 downloads OR 55% PPS
10% of referrals
$25 minimum payout every Monday
Porn files accepted

PPS is currently set at 55%...all new accounts are set to PPS by default. Users wishing to get paid via PPD will need to check that box instead in their user profile.

Seems to be working fine to me...? Sometimes it is down for a few seconds, but I'm adding another dedicated server as its nearing full capacity (a never ending job--I currently have 3).
 
I can pay via PayPal too and I'm setting up a Moneybookers account... How would you prefer to be paid?
Admin is setup for $30 per 1000 downloads for major countries, and $5 for minor countries...you might be referring to the old banner ads that advertised lesser paying amounts but those are old.

What are the maximum file size , download speed limit for free users
Add payment methods like Liberty reserve
Add be prepared to have thousands of dolllars to pay uploaders:P

The site is currently in growing stage and my plan is to continue to grow it...everything works as follows:

$30 per 1000 downloads OR 55% PPS
10% of referrals
$25 minimum payout every Monday

What other questions could you possibly have?

I'll look into Liberty reserve....never heard of it.

The thousands of dollars is already taken care of...I have another lucrative business and I'm just doing this more or less for fun... :) Of course, the idea is for the business to cover its expenses ; )
