Tell him to email from a none gmail account and give username, if he got hack we will try to recover but nothing else we can do if it was paid.

usershare:you aren't clarify at the plan lifetime ,bulk trafficshare bandwith ? how much do they have when they buy lifetime? 2 premium voucher ,how many month?years?lifetime ? for each voucher ,or for 2 voucher

Getting problem with FTP

Hello
I am unable to connect with FTP error is

Could not connect to server
Status: Waiting to retry...
Status: Resolving address of ftp1.usershare.net
Status: Connecting to 208.53.158.58:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message..


kindly fix it or let me know if any other FTP you have.

How you guys can upload to UserShare nowaday?
The FTP has problem every second every minutes everyday.
Even after uploading, the files didn't showup my file manager.

Ihave the same problem : PAID in the Status but returned to my "You have collected:"...
Should I request again the payment, wait or something?
