It's really annoying when newly uploaded files show this error: The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.
It's not something that happens very often. Actually, it happens very rarely. But still annoying. Because after uploading videos, in order to avoid this error, I have to manually check every video?
