I tried right now to download a file from Upstore as free user and the download speed is about 85-90 KB/sec (downloading via Mozilla Firefox)

Hmm,I try with 3 differents ips and always max was 15kB/s.

I tried in both my home connection and my RDP as free user and the download speed was the same (85-90 KB/sec)

Maybe it has to do with location, internet connection etc, mate.
