payment problem

Hi Uploadstation supporter :D
I request payment at Tuesday (18/10/2011) and today is Friday (21/10/2011)
My request hasn't been approved, can you check it :D

i have a query
do i have to click on payout after reaching $20 or is it automatic like i have to reach $20 by some date and i get payout by tuesday etc?can any one tell me
