Can you send tracert from your server to ftp.uploadrocket.net?

Is your provider hostdzire by any chance?

Personally I think 20MB/s for upload is very good - But of course it is not 50-100MB/s!

Now of course, I am like you - I really do not know how the hosts work - Personally I think my host will blame your host and your host will blame my host - But maybe you can at least ask your host if they are having problems and maybe let them know what my guy said - Maybe it will be fun to watch the hosts fight about this - Are you having problems uploading to other sharing sites?
