As we seen from other services here, I just see "a few" and not "a lot" with the same competitive rates like our one.
What is the real difference is the number of downloads we count respect the others.
This is thanks to the fact that we have preserved as much we could the user experience.
In fact, we are just using the necessary ads to make sure we can offer such this good rates.
When a user will open the download page, will not be bothered from ads since they aren't that invasive.
That's mean, that the % of users who left the page before downloading the file, are drastically less.
About the TOS,
The only recent change we made to it was about the adult content, we switched from not allowed to allowed but closely controlled since the adult content especially porn drops the CPM of pages drastically.
If we have this rules, is because we aim to do long business and cooperation with our uploaders, Since we are giving most of the ads profit to uploaders we have to be careful on what users can do and what no
About the minimum payament we can change this.. remember that we usually made payments after 24/48 from request and not at net 15 / net 30 as others file hoster.
We know that the competition is heavy, but we know too that a lot of file hoster are forced to close since their revenue model wasn't good enough to generate profit and then they just disappear.
As told a lot of time, and we will always replay it: We are here to make a good and durable business, that's mean that we have to have some rules to be respected in order to make things working, they are necessary.
