the stat is indeed frozen and though the balance also frozen, but today earning are still moving.

Some of guys are already waiting ~10 days with this method...

Hope they'll transfer the money as soon as they got some...
So maybe it's better to just request and wait.
On the other hand over 100e they don't charge 20% so maybe it's better to gather a little more now...
