I've tried all the remote options on their site and the cookies...It didn't do nothing...

May be those hosters have banned ul.to servers..Rapidshare did..not sure about others.

Uploaded.to was previously mainly widespread in Europe.
Between 18 and 22 GMT time there is often no bandwidth for free users.
