it is accepted to wait for payout etc. to some meaningful time......... But cloudzer payouts are so slow 45 days (1,5 month) is not accepted by any user even some report that they scam people-users and because is new host (clz) it shouldn't be that delay in payments for new host.
A gap between 20-30 days is acceptable like it is been processed (usually) with uploaded.
As far as affiliates report cloudzer if they want to be accepted and used by affiliates need to process things like uploaded overall.

I was paid from Cloudzer once and this time it was checked after 10 days, still waiting to see if they pay me a second time.
Before starting with Cloudzer I asked some uploader who used it before me and he said he was paid before so I went on and used it, I know another uploader who uses Cloudzer two and he said he has been paid also. So that makes 3 of us who got paid, but it could be some lucky coincidence.
For the info, all 3 of us upload only upload ebooks and magazines, and 99% is french content.
