I think Ul have problem with sale count:
- First: four days i didn't got any sale
- Second: my ten recent sales: only one sale for 03 month, and all of 09 anothers sales are 01 month.
- Third: Sale are drop too much. For first 11 days of Feb i got 10 sales and total earning about 250 €. But for past 15 days (from 12nd to 27th), i got 10 sales too and total earning ONLY about 130 €. Note: I am uploading more and more. Please don't tell me that i didn't know how to get sale from my posts.

@Till: please answer me why ???

I give you one more week. If nothing change, I will quit Uploaded.net

Hi guys, can someone help me a little. I just bought storage from Ul.to (500Gb with 45 euro) and I received the specific space... I have a question regarding some info that appeared after that.

"Current scale: remaining 4 weeks 1 day and 22 hours"

What does it means? I mean, the storage is bought forever not a one month plan right.... So what is that thing "Current scale" about?
 
But that is stupid it is saying onetime fee... Why are they saying that... because is not an automatic plan? Is like you are saying that water is wet and the grass is green and so on...

Onetime fee is more like you pay one single time for 500Gb space and that's it.... Or at least I understood that from their presentation. How can I make them modify my purchase and restore my account money?

I only want a 100Gb if there is a monthly fee for sustainability....

Visa credit card signup disapered for some users?

Hello,

i have some users in the uk trying to renew there account with uploaded, however, some users cannot signup via credit/debit card anymore wereas they signed up initially with there credit/debit card

some users dont have the option to signup with debit and some do in the uk?>

why is this, and when will this be fixed!???

also some new users when signing up for premium have the options of paying via credit card/debit card and some dont , why is this?and pleases can you address this problem

sigh... no reply :facepalm:

well, if the payment using amazon not available for a long period time, might as well as to remove it from payment method. i've tried it everyday up until now, no explanation nor whatsoever... it's almost a month now. and it still keep saying Im Moment nicht verfügbar!
