why the number of downloads in files manager differ from number of downloads on affiliate page? which one is correct?

14 downloads in files manager, and only ONE as "valid" on affiliate page? wtf?
 
I can't use the remote upload feature at all. Anything, from any file host, that I have tried to remote upload always fail or complete as a KB/B file (when the actual file size is far larger than this).

WTF?!

but they mentioned upto 100mb to 1000mb
actual size 1gb is 1024mb
is that 1024mb file countable in ppd

while downloading 1 gb files i am getting this message

This file exceeds the max. filesize which can be downloaded by free users. If you still want to download this file, we advise you to buy a premium product.

you need to enter your details on the site in IE. IDM + premium info only works with IE cookies.


found out why pdd is low, you currently get this message as a guest or free user

what are you doing with this speed ??

download speed start with 5 mb/Sec and down to this speed in 10secs

while downloading from extabit over 30 mb/Sec and 50 mb/Sec from ryushare

@uploaded.to support team. I sent a support request email a few days ago and pretty quickly got a reply, however it was a bit useless as no-one replied to my response.

I asked to cancel a payout request and received this in response:
Dear customer, In order to cancel your payment request, please Log in to your account and cancel the payout from there. Yours sincerely, Support Department uploaded.net

however, where in the user panel can i cancel a payout?
 
why downloads counting is so slow ? can old accounts counting more downloads? what is the best to upload on this host ? if i sell premium account my download counting will be faster or not ?

Just PM Till and he will cancel your payout request.
