The exact same thing happened to me today. All of a sudden my balance reduced to '0'. When I activated the payout logbook, I don't see any entry (I haven't requested any payout on UL still). Only in the affiliate page it says that I have already requested a payout and it shows a certain amount as 'offen'. Hope Till replies to my PM soon.

EDIT: Problem solved, thanks to Till and the UL team :sun:

Ok thanks hopefully will get a reply ASAP here or on the site costumer support.. I hope they will add a feature where you can see on what payment request is the one that is being process if it is bank wire/webmoney etc

Looks like a problem on their side if I am not the only person that had this problem and like you I have the 'offen' also.

im think normal you can see what payment request at my account/ enhanced view or not?

point system not counting for me, it not increasing when i am getting 100's of downloads

thanks bianu, he said now there is no points for downloads
and about sales count maybe i am not lucky for 2,3 days

you create points only with sales not from downloads
