It sucks to wait long but thats how ul.to rolls.
I guess they have their own reason. No hate on them whatever they want to do.

If you request exactly 100 wme or more, you will not get charged
But if you request less than 100, you will lose 10 euros.
If you want no charge, wait for the amount to reach 100 euros then request.

Webmoney is best options in any host.
You need to find exchangers that exchanges to your bank or paypal.

if u go to payout request the pz banner removed....it is obvious pz has many problems (with all of us not with uploaded - not need to REPEAT again people can NOT load funds and people can NOT withdraw funds either - where people are companies and customers worldwide for payza) and they deserve this. not need to announce. this is for future payout not for pending. send pm/ID to Till to cancel and req to wm. Even if u receive to pz (128) u can not withdraw.....atm
