Nice startup updown, pretty impressed about design and rates with nocountry-groups will bring to you more uploaders. Think about adding own VISA-Mastercard payment gateway to let better workflow to PPS uploaders, both will win doing more sales. I see you´re working also improving statistics, thats important but dont worry about "live updates", just make your work well (12/24h update is enough) and DONT CHEAT users if you wanna be a trustable host.
I really like hidden PPD info and no paypal support (Your founds will be hold in less than a week), both things could get you in troubles with law so avoid it at all costs. Affiliates could come here to get informed about rates/support or you could add private faq page at support.updown. Even you accept PaySafeCard, the easiest payment method for buyers in Europe thats great!
Be honest (No shave), think about you & you´re business stability and make payouts without delays, thats the key to survive in this industry. Just dont follow silly requests from amateurs kids round here.

Every serious filehost (BitShare, Deposit, FreakShare, Letitbit, Uploadable) have affiliate info hidden to avoid legal problems, so shut up and work or left the host, nobody is forcing to use them.

We're in contact with the Zoom guys, but actually I don't know their progress.
Will try to get information about that and inform you then.
Downloads are resumable for registered and for premium users.
