I only used them for a month but the counting of downloads are good and stable.
I only left them bcoz my rdp and their server don't give a good upload speed.
minimum payment is 10$ and they only have webmoney.

I have beee payed several times already , they pay via webmoney , paypal and skrill , the support is fast when it comes to answering the tickets , the lonest i have waited for a payment is seven days and they payed some extra ammount because of such wait time , they pay mostly in 48 hours after requesting .

man u'll get your website deleted cause they are more aggressive on DMCA issues than blogspot i suggest u save a backup of your website & leave wordpress it is not safer believe me they will delete your site

you need only invest $10(may be more for offshore) for domain registration, $5-10 for share webhosting for good normal site. Download Wordpress(free) and unzip and upload all file one by one, if you not sure watch some youtube videos or check Brazzo wp tutorials from here, it is very easy, you do it yourself, only need to invest one or two days to make site properly. thanks.

yes it is easy i did that 2 times already but didn't had much visitors & didn't know how to publish my website freely , only by txt file in rar in my files by forums but that didn't work well so i started using only forums the only thing i pay for now is my rapidleech cost

you need to know SEO on your site, then you get traffic or try to buy traffic form wj, I don't it bring traffic or not,
Traffic building is more complex, so you need some time to get good and healthy traffic.
another tips share you links on tW/FB etc social site or install social plugins on your sites...

First of all relax , there is no only PPD on radicalshare but you would read about that if you were read alll here in topic they only have both PPD and PPS on their site
