We are getting a lot of notification from people about comments about the issue , when you was ordering the packages of hosting you should know we are not responsible for backup loss or anything regarding this , however you keep panicking the people from this , we could not risk any data and personal information of any client , however we have "taken down" our main website for updating you all who are still not online , the process is so slow from the end of datacenter , the shared servers are online only 2 of them are still not , please not blame us you know we are not responsible , we await the datacenter to deliver our hardware where they say it is out of stock , we are real offshore hosting providers and this is happening , there is plenty of other providers in the market and anyone who not want it can go there.
We know people are trusting us and supporting us from the email we are getting everyday and on Skype messages , however please we would like to ask you kindly all here who write to stop panicking , instead of continuing our work and business we have taken down like we wrote our main domain name to update you , we could tell like any single provider would it is not our fault for loosing files from any issue.
Shared services and VPS are online only a rest of them has been still being out of connection , like we wrote we are awaiting the hardware to be delivered in new safe location.
We are 24 hours online answering to your messages and emails , please note all those days and the next whole month all the services will be fully covered by us even if it is not our fault , also there is no provider who would be recovered in those minimal time like we done from this particular issues (legal and hardware) and get all of us our files back. The 85% of services right now as we speak to you is online without having trouble.
