05.22 get e-mail:

"Today we had receive a warning for one of our shared servers , it was a notice for giving again information's , due the last issues we had with the shared server had been taken down , the restore to the Russian Servers will be completed next 24 - 72 hours "...

But still not work my site, would like open ticket, but clientlogin.pw not work...

My website is down for about 12 hours. I haven't receive email with regards down time. support will only available at night (if you send ticket in the morning you will get a reply by evening.)

Hello, I want to tell to other forum members, these guys are honest and correct, they just dont have luck... This can happen to anybody, even to your pc or laptop, disk can stop working anytime. Make backups for your important stuff. I lost everything but that's my mistake, not theirs. Every time I contacted them they responded fast and they are acting friendly, willing to help!! All I can say for them are positive things...

The server that had the hardware issue today is back online , we done our best to bring our service back , all other shared hosting servers not had any single issue and was working fine , if you had not received any data regarding this please do open a ticket and we will assist you in the best possible time.

We are doing the best to be all together and we did it like always , we passed this problem successfully too , in the next days much promotions are coming in the best prices in the market.
