The stats in the filemanager are not accurate, this is stated a few times in this thread. It counts incomplete/attempted downloads, raw's/uniques. Your accurate stats are always in your Affiliate Reports section. You can buy a premium with your credit card to verify tracking.
 
Hi UMB,

I am really confused about a payment log. I am seeing a payment log dated 13th May,2013 but no payment received yet. Payment will come in next days or what? if not then what to do?

I tried to create support ticket even try contact form but none of them are working.

@im4all, first you need to cool down & then check 1st page of this thread carefully......

here you see this line - We payout WEEKLY. We process payouts on mondays, and deposit to your accounts every friday, for the previous weeks earnings.

or if you requested your payment via LR then it will be deposited in your account by saturday.....

& also check previous page comments.....same question again & again...:)

and @UMB please fix the FTP upload speed ......

& RU is also not working.......
 
UMB, I use several host...but you are only host everytime login, after browsing files, it automatically logout. wtf? could fix it again. I uploaded, but need this is very annoying when every time logout and login.
I use ul.to/RG, they stay lon-in once long untill it change to ip or logout. I can't share your site for this weird problem.

I am getting 5-50MB/s via zoom sucessfully uploaded files. but some files appeared then reupload from zoom then I browse it goes logout, then login again.
some times appeared ...again I tired reupload files, when it don't appeared on account.

this is very irritating host I ever seen.

you know generated files, need to programmer to generate files with html/plain/bb code on site, no need to export links to download, are your understand.
