you have blank affiliate information. No name, no address, only payout info. You would have received an email when we process payouts that this information is blank and for you to update it to receive payments. It's also posted in this thread many times.

Fill that in before monday, and you will receive a deposit on friday.

why every time I login. it automatically logout after just browsing your site. its very annoying. kindly fix it permanetly, it very wasting time to login again and again. other host stay long time.

5 times UPload successfully via zoom, but files don't appeared on account.
FTP is very slow, also don't appearing on manager.

can you stop to download BB/other code other extport links. it very annoying. plz set file link available on website like other host.

It logs out if you log in from another IP, it's not a bug, but a security feature.

If FTP is slow for you, use a US RDP. We're a US host, with US servers, and we have premium tier1 bandwidth. As for your files not appearing in the filemanager are you closing the session? If not, then that's why. We have 10000's of uploads a day via FTP, so it is working. And the zoom issue, there are many affiliates using this program with no problem. Can you be more specific with your problem?

Well...the file not available error still persists. Even after deleting and re-uploading said files it still gets the error. Some files I with it I can't even delete, they're just stuck there, being useless. (Maybe trouble with the crappy FM?)

More importantly I just lost 70gigs of files because of my affiliate premium running out. When selecting upgrade to renew prior to it expiring all I got was "We're sorry, You're already a premium member and there are no upgrades available at this time." When the accounts premium expired HOURS ago. Christ sake at least allow to top off premium membership.

This is extremely aggravating. I've stuck by this host even with it's flaws but now I feel like I'm just wasting my time, which is a shame because my consumer seem to love this host more than anything.
 
The file not available problem is 100% fixed, there could be some other problem with your account. Please respond with your username, so we can investigate what problems you're facing with your account. I'm sure you didn't lose 70GB of files, and there should be no need for you to upgrade, as it auto renews, but please reply with your username, so we can look into it. We can't just investigate a problem if you don't give us a username to investigate.

umb is fixed 100% from since yesterday ive had bout 200 downloads and counting

and 37 downloads today i think files are just fine

It expired because I canceled the rebill from my CC and I wanted to use my affiliate credit instead. There is no option to manually extend the account while premium is still active. The premium didn't even expire on the set time. It was still active premium but on the expiry date it would say "Expires: 42 minutes ago" But it was still listed as an active premium account.

Lol I'm doing something wrong? Last I checked the purpose of a file locker was to upload and store files to. That's exactly what I've been doing. I didn't post some type of photoshopped picture. I posted an actual file with the error on their site.

You just started using this host, what you seem to don't understand is the error happens with prior files that have the error. When they are deleted and re-uploaded they still retain the same error.

And that picture you posted doesn't mean anything...because you know why? You can't view any upload date on the Filemanager. This host has problems. I genuinely want to see them get better so I'm bringing things to their attention. I would appreciate if it you didn't try to make me look like a liar or like I want some type of attention.

I'm also not some random person out to make UMB look bad. Been using this host for a little while now.

ok guys, this isn't meant to be an argument between affiliates. Let's just solve the problem. My coder has tried to e-mail you,and he says he's fixed your missing files that you uploaded prior, but he's waiting on a response from you to have the problem fixed 100%.

as for the premium still listed as active, this is because our site gives a grace period of 12h for timezone differences etc. All your issues are being resolved. Please respond to your email you have from our coder.

Also, as UMB is a 100% custom script, we realize, you're frustrations when you come to use us from using a canned script that 99% of filehosts use. Remember, our site has had development for a little less than a year when all these xfs hosts have been developed by the company who sells the xfs software for many years. And I'd like to think that we are on par, if not better than most of them. :ff:

UMB, I apologize I did not intend to potentially escalate things into a flame war.

I can finally re-upload the files and have them downloaded properly. The unremovable files that had the error are finally gone. I'm now in the process of re-upping the hunk of files I lost due to account expiring. But I implore you please add option to manually extend account before the rebill/expiry. Or edit the billing method/details.

Thank your coder for me. If they still require me to reply via email then please resend. I had to update my address on site.

statistics shows me paid but i did not receive any single cent i also receive an mail regarding the payment but nothing receive
