Please can you clarify one thing? Registered user without premium account how big file can be downloaded at the same time? Because I usually do not allow comments that greater than 1 GB. Thank you for your reply.
 
Hi Guys,

We have one server offline at the moment due to a failed RAID controller. Also 2 more new servers are on order to pickup the extra load. The remaining servers are seeing a higher load then designed so connections are slow depending on which servers you files are being accessed from.
