Yes it counts as normal download.

why you change url !!

when i have a link like turbobit net/4r54r5re45r4/test.avi.html i reduce him to turbobit net/4r54r5re45r4 and all is ok but now no -.- and all my links are not found now.

Why you change it?

Please note, that we do not limit upload speed.
If you get a low upload speed via FTP, and your ISP does not limit outgoing connection speed, try change servers to upload files. Also, try change your FTP manager.
