where is the activate button

I have the same problem, my website was in my account but disappeared and I can not add it again :facepalm:

at least they reply at ICQ when they are online.
But they have very strict rules like damn temperature
and they still does not care sales they want downloads.

Actually the temperature depends on nothing other than sold accounts. My temp was 10.5 yesterday, I got a 6-month premium sale, it jumped to 30 today.

LOL, no, I'm not; you must be on PPS if your temperature is based on number of downloads. I'm on PPD and I'm completely sure the temp is based on sales. I get 100+ downloads per day, yet the temp only goes down unless I get sales.
