Because of the irrational use of service resources , access to upload new files in your account is temporarily closed. When an increase temperature of your thermometer down to 0 degrees, access to upload will be opened.

afaik this is the reason mate, you got a lot of sales but not much download. they are basing the temperature on number of downloads if you are on PPS.

They want more download, kind of crazy as more download means more use of servers ressources, no ???
